Operations Director - Grow Sales & Lead Teams

First Watch Restaurants is seeking a Director of Operations responsible for upholding the mission, vision and You First culture, and for developing General Managers and restaurant management teams to drive year‑over‑year sales growth and improved profitability.

The DO leads operations across their span of control (5–8 direct reports and 200–300 employees), ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining integrity of the brand.
