Operations Manager - Fulfillment And Supply ChainThe Operations Manager - Fulfillment and Supply Chain has the direct responsibility of managing all fulfillment and supply chain needs, office operational administrative needs, IT needs, supervising Customer Service and the Warehouse, managing a collaborative forecast process with Sales/Operations, Marketing and Finance. This is done through analysis of key data points, usage of forecasting software, active participation in cross functional meetings, and utilizing information from NetSuite.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of new data-driven business processes and systems that will drive forecast accuracy, adding value to all downstream commercial and supply chain processesOversee Customer Service and Warehouse personnelOversee inbound/outbound freight and coordinate International shipping needsLiaise with Finance, Sales, Demand, Customer Service, and MarketingUtilize NetSuite for data analysis and reportingManage all property related and office needs, including IT and Computer set up for new hires, coordinating office cleanings, ordering paper products and snacksDeliver training and provide Operational systems support as required for various departmentsMonitor SKU count and recommend SKU rationalization initiatives in the future in collaboration with DemandManage multiple Warehouse inventory (i.e., EasyPost and other 3pls Internationally)Work closely with factories, merchants, transportation and outside vendorsEvaluation of ongoing business initiatives such as new distribution centers, integrations, and ongoing projectsAdministrative duties pertaining to the NetSuite systemPartnering with various departments to oversee Amazon relationship and distributionTravel to support Pop Up Stores and other company wide initiativesOther duties assigned as neededRequirementsAn outgoing and enthusiastic personalityDetail oriented, organized and strong on follow through and communicationAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and the aptitude to learn various Retailer Vendor Managed Systems (Amazon Vendor Central, Content Analytics, etc) and forecasting softwarePivot Tables and VlookupsAbility to work in a team-oriented and very fast paced environment with little supervisionDesire to advance and gain increased responsibilityA problem solver who is comfortable taking initiativeBS/BA in Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain/Operations or related field; and five+ years of consumer products operations managementAdvanced level of retail supply chain understanding and CPFR activities such as forecasting, replenishment, inventory control, etc.Open to travelNetsuite experience preferred!CompensationA competitive compensation structureTons of time off!Casual environmentContributions to healthcare401k enrollment options with Employer match
