Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Operations Data Analyst will gather, analyze, and report on data related to developmental disability services, providing actionable insights to improve program delivery and compliance. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain reports and data analysis to identify fiscal drivers and community barriers affecting service delivery Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate data management and compliance with audit requirements Coordinate the implementation of surveys and data collection efforts to support legislative reporting needs Required qualifications Seven years of professional-level evaluative, analytical, and planning work experience Education in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science, or related fields, with degrees substituting for experience as specified Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau and/or SQL Knowledge of Medicaid services and human services fields is preferred Experience interpreting and applying policies, procedures, and regulations relevant to fiscal activities and compliance
