Operations Data Analyst (Fully Remote)

Provide data management and develop procedures for effective data management across the organization. Collect and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insight for strategic decision-making. Work alongside cross-organizational teams to establish business needs and define new data collection and analysis processes. Qualifications: Associate's degree required plus two years of relevant experience; bachelor's degree preferred. Advanced skills in Excel and SQL required, with experience in data entry and report writing. Prior financial or data analysis experience in a healthcare organization preferred.
