Operations CoordinatorLaSalle Network is hiring an Operations Coordinator for a hybrid role with a rapidly growing 3PL in Itasca, IL.
Responsibilities include:Track and update shipment statuses in McLeod SoftwareMaintain regular phone communication with drivers regarding shipments and updatesManage email communication with carriers, customers, and internal teamsPartner with dispatch and account management to resolve delivery issuesSupport high-value freight operations with accurate data entry and complianceUse Excel to track, log, and validate shipment dataRequirements:1+ year of experience in a 3PL or freight brokerage environment (required)Experience with high-value freight preferredFamiliarity with TMS platforms (McLeod experience a plus)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentShift:Monday–Friday 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM OR Tuesday-Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00PM, Saturday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMHybrid- 2 days onsite, then remote, eventually 3 days onsite then 2 remote when they move floors.
