ABOUT US

King Universal (KUI) is the behind-the-scenes force that gets product made for some of the biggest names in the world. When LEGOLAND, Buc-ee's, or Cracker Barrel needs product designed, sourced, manufactured, and shipped, we make it happen — across apparel, drinkware, plush, hard goods, and accessories, through a network of factories across Asia. We're the manufacturing and design engine, the logistics operation, and the creative shop, all in one.

We're a lean team doing the work of a company many times our size, and we're scaling fast. We move quick, we don't do bureaucracy, and everyone here is elite at what they do. This is the role that keeps the machine humming as we grow — and it comes with real room to rise.

THE ROLE

Work moves through us in a relay — client to team to factory and back — and as we scale, the handoffs are where things slip. We're looking for a sharp, driven person to sit at the center of it and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is an entry-level seat with an outsized future. You'll keep our operation organized, our ERP current, and our team in sync. You'll track orders, chase down the details, and make everyone else's job easier. You won't need years of experience — you'll need to be smart, relentless, fast with tools, and hungry to learn. We'll teach you the rest.

Here's the honest part: this is a roll-up-your-sleeves job. Some of it is unglamorous coordination. But for the right person, it's a launch point. As you prove yourself, this role grows — into Operations Lead, and eventually Chief of Staff, with pay and scope that grow with you. We're hiring someone we can invest in for the long haul.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Keep the trains running. Track orders, samples, and shipments from start to finish. Catch what's slipping before it becomes a problem.

• Own the ERP. Keep VESSL (our custom platform) current and true, so nobody on the team is ever guessing.

• Be the connective tissue. Keep communication flowing across the team, our factories, and our clients so work closes instead of bouncing around.

• Make everything visible. Stand up every day on top of what's moving, and make sure the whole team has the picture.

• Support the founder. Help with logistics, scheduling, and follow-through so the highest-value work gets done.

• Build as you go. Spot what's inefficient and help fix it. Good ideas get run with here, no matter who they come from.

WHO YOU ARE

• A recent grad or early-career, and hungry. You want to prove yourself and climb fast. You're looking for a place to grow, not a place to coast.

• AI-native and fast. You use modern tools to move at three times the speed of someone who doesn't. You're the person who figures out the faster way.

• Ridiculously organized. You close loops. Nothing sits — it gets handled or routed, every time.

• Calm and coachable. You keep your head with a full plate, and you take feedback and run with it.

• A clear communicator. You write and talk cleanly, and you're comfortable dealing with big-name clients.

• Local to Raleigh, and here in person with the team.
