For more than 70 years, our products have helped shape the spaces where people live, gather, and make lasting memories.Essential FunctionsDistribution of mill schedule to appropriate individuals at specific times throughout the day.Prints and distributes work orders for the mill and lamination.Coordinates expedite requests from the assembly department.Various data entry tasks, including:Scrap entryCommunicate with planning regarding work order changesCycle count requestsMaintenance work orders (as needed)Compliance trackingSchedule management; research on unsatisfied work order quantitiesMay be required to perform floor counts as part of schedule managementAny additional tasks that may be deemed necessary by department manager/supervisor.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required.Education, Experience, and Skills:Experience in supply chain and parts expediting.1-3 years experience; manufacturing experience preferred.Good personal computer skills; Microsoft products experience preferred - Outlook-Word-Excel-PowerPoint.Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate understanding of PHI.Must have experience in working in a team environment, to meet/exceed goals.Strong planning/organization & time management skills.Demonstrated problem solving skills.CPR and First Aide certified preferredMust be bilingual Spanish & EnglishCommunications SkillsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret common business and technical journals and financial reports.

Ability to develop presentations to be delivered to production team, plant level team, or public groups.Mathematical SkillsAbility to apply basic mathematical concepts like addition, subtraction, multiplication or division to basic manufacturing performance recording or financial performance recording. Ability to read and use a tape measure.Reasoning AbilityAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk and talk or hear.
