Job Summary
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support electrical service operations for trade shows and exhibitions. Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating electricians, handling customer requests, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate billing.
Responsibilities
- Process service orders and clarify requests with exhibitors.
- Review orders against floor plans and prepare work tickets.
- Coordinate and dispatch electricians to exhibitor booths.
- Track work progress, labor hours, and materials.
- Enter data and verify billing information for accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing concerns.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in administration, data entry, order processing, customer service, or dispatching preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
