Our employees are our family, and we strive to uphold the values that our founders instilled in us, creating an exceptional place to work that is inclusive to all.Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Operations Coordinator for our division office located in Houston, Texas.The Operations Coordinator provides high-level support to the Production and Quality Teams within the division through the performance of a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and administration to ensure the efficient and professional operation of the division.This position will be on-site five days per week.ResponsibilitiesManage and facilitate the issuance of utility building permits from various municipalities in a timely and efficient mannerDeliver building permit applications to responsible municipality department and pick up when readyMaintain accurate, detailed tracking system for permits and provide updates at weekly meetingsPick up certificates of occupancyResponsible for BuildPro administrationManage and archive plans and documentsMaintain status/critical dates report to ensure all deadlines are metCollect and prepare data for reporting, meetings, and presentationsCoordinate document managementCoordinate invoice approval processAdministrative support as neededThis is an excellent opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies!This position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and 1-3 years of residential construction experience.We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package that includes comprehensive medical/dental, 401(k) with a company match, discounted stock purchase, discounts on mortgages, homes, and much more!Come see why Toll Brothers has been attracting and retaining some of the best professionals in the industry!
