Operations Coordinator Architectural Products GroupThis position will perform general administrative duties for the department it is assigned to. This individual will perform routine clerical functions and may support more than one department simultaneously.Job Responsibilities:Review and analyze inventory and items shipped reportsPrepare and produce daily production schedule, labels, MOs based on inventory and customer demandCommunicate schedule changes with production and customer service timelyAssist in forecasting sales demands to maximize production efficienciesResponsible for accurate daily production reporting and daily schedule control reportResponsible for daily yard reconciliation and review junk reporting and root causesManage and maintain Mold Management system, including setup, location, and life cycle of all moldsDetermine and recommend purchase of new moldsManage current and new item setup in Infor CloudMonitor raw material inventory including verification of receiving materials and pricing updatesPrepare and issue purchase orders related to raw materials and coordinate with vendorsAssist accounting department related to PO discrepanciesAssist customer service department with inquiries related to product availabilityParticipate in quarterly finished goods inventoryReview and assist with quarterly Bill of Materials updatesEffectively communicate any issues related to schedule, raw materials, delivery delays, etc. with site leadersMaintain historical records by filing documentsJob Requirements:High School diploma or GED or equivalent training, experience, and educationMinimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or accounting business experienceExcellent interpersonal skills: ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees and managersExcellent communications skills, verbal, written, in-person and by telephoneStrong organizational, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skillsStrong analytical skills to gather data from multiple sources and report findingsAbility to take initiative and work independentlyAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience using Tableau, Infor OS Cloud and Salesforce Software preferredWhile performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently sit and stand for extended periods of timeAbility to perform repetitive motions of the wrist, hands, and fingers to use a computer and keyboardMust wear company provided personal protective equipment - earplugs, hard hat, safety boots/shoes, and protective glasses.
