Aaron's Window Treatments is a growing commercial window-coverings company serving tenant-improvement and commercial-interior projects throughout South Florida.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an organized, proactive Operations Coordinator who can grow into an Assistant Operations Manager role. Working directly with ownership, you’ll coordinate projects from material receipt through installation, with increasing responsibility for scheduling, estimating support, inventory, warehouse operations, field coordination, and customer service.

This is a hands-on, on-site position—not a desk-only role. You’ll move between the office, warehouse, customers, installers, and active jobsites. Training on products and processes will be provided; this is not an entry-level position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily and weekly installation schedules and confirm appointments.

• Coordinate installer schedules, project requirements, and logistics.

• Receive, inspect, organize, stage, and track materials; maintain warehouse organization and accountability.

• Make sure installers have the materials and documentation needed for each job.

• Assist with estimating, takeoffs, and proposal preparation.

• Process submittals, warranties, releases, W-9s, certificates of insurance, and related project documents.

• Perform field measurements and site verification throughout South Florida.

• Communicate with customers, vendors, contractors, installers, and other project stakeholders.

• Identify operational issues and follow through on solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in operations, scheduling, project coordination, estimating, inventory, logistics, construction, or a related field.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Comfortable visiting jobsites and traveling throughout South Florida.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience with specialty contractors, commercial construction, commercial interiors, building products, or distribution; estimating or takeoffs; warehouse or inventory management; or coordinating installers and other field personnel. Window-coverings experience is helpful but not required.

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

• $70,000–$90,000, based on experience. The role offers advancement potential, direct exposure to a growing company’s operations, and an opportunity to progress into an Assistant Operations Manager and broader leadership role.
