This role will handle general administrative tasks, document creation, and project support as needed.ResponsibilitiesPerform general administrative functions to support the Commercial leadership teamCreate and modify documents such as reports, agendas, presentation decks, and communicationsCollect and prepare information for use in meetings of our senior leadership team and other outside executivesManage contracting and procurement processes, as well as managing vendor invoices and paymentsCoordinate travel arrangements within company guidelines and manage itinerariesAssist with processing timely and accurate travel & expense reports as neededCoordinate/assist with onboarding of new Commercial team membersMaintain department files, lists, archives, etc.Help to ensure timely response to departmental inquiriesMaintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and vendor informationSupport team meetings and eventsSpecial projects, as assignedWorking Conditions:On site/in office 3 days a week (Hybrid)Requirements:3+ years relevant experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workStrong initiative, organizational abilities, attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with management, colleagues, consultants, and vendorsAbility to work independently and be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership over goalsFlexible and able to shift gears quickly, thrives on change and a fast-paced, energetic environmentExcellent proactive problem-solving and follow-through skills to meet deadlines and shifting prioritiesAdvanced proficiency in Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Teams).Salary and BenefitsThe expected salary range for this position based on greater Boston, MA location is $67,320-$99,960.
