OSS Shift LeadRole Overview: The OSS Shift Lead is the operational backbone of the day-to-day shift. This role owns real-time coordination of OSS (On-Site Staff), ensuring shifts are properly staffed, issues are resolved quickly, and communication flows seamlessly between the field and central operations. You are the "control tower" during your shift — responsible for keeping operations running smoothly and stepping in when things go off track.Key ResponsibilitiesShift Management & Staffing Assign OSS to shifts and ensure full coverage across all active jobsMonitor attendance, lateness, and no-shows; take immediate corrective actionBackfill gaps in real-time by reassigning or escalatingReal-Time Operations Oversight Troubleshoot issues (e.g., late arrivals, setup problems, participant confusion)Escalate critical issues with clear context and proposed solutionsCommunication Hub Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound/outbound OSS communication during shiftRespond to OSS questions, issues, and updates quickly and clearlyCoordinate with internal teams (Ops, Support, Launchers etc.
