To support the planning and execution of programs within the US Retail business, the full-time Operations Business Analyst will work remotely on a 6-month contract, focusing on translating business needs into structured requirements and supporting program delivery through analysis and documentation. Key responsibilities Elicit, document, and validate business requirements in partnership with Program Managers and stakeholders Develop program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and decision logs, while tracking workstream progress and risks Maintain accurate project documentation in PMO tools and support portfolio-level reporting across assigned programs Required qualifications 3-6 years of experience in a Business Analyst or project delivery role, preferably in insurance brokerage or financial services Experience with technology implementations or business transformation programs Familiarity with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies Proficiency with project management and portfolio tools, such as Monday.com Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
