Position: Operations Associate | Investment Management
An investment management firm is looking for an early-career professional to join its Client Operations team.
This is a role where you’ll work closely with Portfolio Managers, Client Service, Trading, and Operations — with hands-on involvement in portfolio monitoring, trade implementation, compliance, client accounts, and data.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create trades for client accounts and strategies as directed by Portfolio Managers or clients
- Monitor portfolios for adherence to investment guidelines, strategy models, and risk controls
- Communicate portfolio compliance issues to Portfolio Managers and Senior Management
- Support daily ETF Capital Markets activity in coordination with Portfolio Management, Trading, and Operations
- Assist with new client onboarding and account setup
- Maintain data integrity across client records and systems
- Participate in operational and cross-functional projects
What they’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree and a strong interest in investment management
- 0–3 years of relevant experience; portfolio administration experience a plus
- Recent undergrads considered IF they have related internship experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
