Operations Support
Dodge's is proud to serve guests in 47 locations across 9 states throughout the Southeast! Our Tupelo Support Team is looking for a motivated, organized individual to join our Operations team.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, self-driven, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. This position will work closely with our locations, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and ensure our locations remain compliant.
Duties May Include:

• Assisting with Underground Storage Tank (UST) compliance, including maintaining required records, documentation, and follow-up
• Monitoring compliance requirements and helping ensure locations remain up to date
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance for store locations
• Following up with vendors to ensure repairs and service requests are completed in a timely manner
• Communicating with store teams regarding maintenance, repairs, and operational needs
• Obtaining information, quotes, and updates from vendors
• Maintaining accurate spreadsheets, records, and documentation
• Tracking outstanding repairs and projects through completion
• Assisting the Operations team with additional projects and administrative duties as needed

• Has a positive attitude and works well as part of a team
