Operations Associate, Private Equity (hybrid)

We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our team, working directly with the CFO. This role offers a unique opportunity to transition from accounting to a more analytical position. Ideal candidate is a dedicated professional that will support the firm's growth. This position is hybrid with 2 days remote. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $100,000 to $130,000 per year.
Responsibilities:

• Manage internal database systems.
  
• Calculate and benchmark performance metrics.
  
• Contribute to quarterly investor reports.
  
• Record cash movements and related documentation.
  
• Assist with quarterly valuation processes.
  
• Handle ad hoc and investor expense and fee requests.
  
• Support the fundraising process.
  
• Assist with annual audits and K-1 filings.
  

• Excellent analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative).
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  
• Experience in public accounting, third-party fund administration, private equity, or asset management.
