We are looking for a smart, ambitious Operations Associate to help support the explosive growth in Evereden’s supply chain and logistics operations. • Prepare and manage import/export documentation, supporting customs compliance and efficient movement of shipments through the transportation process.
  • Proactively monitor shipment status and resolve transportation issues – maintaining real-time visibility, escalating delays, and communicating updates to cross-functional stakeholders to minimize disruption.
  • Implement and maintain logistics SOPs, shipment records, and trackers, identifying opportunities to standardize and improve execution across the supply chain.
  • Support the Duty Drawback Program by managing import/export data, maintaining compliance documentation, and tracking eligible duty recovery claims.
  • Review carrier rate quotes, negotiate shipment costs, and review and approve shipment invoices to secure favorable pricing and ensure billing accuracy.
  • Track and categorize logistics costs and compile and reconcile month-end spend by category.
