Operations Associate

Position Summary
Brave Space Alliance is searching for a full-time Operations Associate. This position is responsible for supporting the organization with daily functions that will ensure efficiency. This can include managing inventory, administrative tasks, and other operational tasks across different departments. The Operations Associate under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), can provide administrative and operational support, process improvement, collaboration across teams, and specific tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones, scheduling, calendar upkeep, database systems, filing of paperwork
- Tracking daily operations, monitoring inventory, placing and fulfilling supply orders, handling logistics
- Mail delivery and pickup
- Assisting departments in the implementation of policies and identifying ways to increase efficiency
- Communicating with vendors
- Supporting pantry and dignity suite operations
- Creating and generating reports
- Mail delivery and pickup
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience, Education & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in operations and administrative support.
- Two or more years or more of progressive responsibility in operational management
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary is in the range of $55,000-$62,000, commensurate with experience
- 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees
