About the Role
360 CHICAGO is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented Operations Associate to join our guest experience team. As an Operations Associate, you’ll be a key ambassador for one of Chicago’s most iconic attractions, supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth flow of guests through the space, and upholding our brand standards for safety, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a welcoming and informative attitude.
- Operate ticket scanning and entry systems.
- Monitor exhibit and attraction areas for guest safety and cleanliness.
- Support the TILT ride operations, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Help maintain queue lines and crowd flow during peak times.
- Collaborate with the guest services and security teams to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns on the spot.
- Assist in setup and breakdown of daily operations and occasional special events.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and communication standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in attractions, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing and walking for long periods and working at heights.
- Must be punctual, professional, and a dependable team player.
- Flexible schedule — weekends, holidays, and evening shifts may be required
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable working on a high floor (94th floor) with frequent elevator use.
- Able to be on feet for extended shifts.
