Operations Associate – CDL Driver
Join the Vermont Foodbank as an Operations Associate – CDL Driver and help bring food, hope and connection to Vermont communities. We're seeking a dependable, safety-focused driver who wants more than a job, you want a mission.
What you'll do:
- Safely operate Foodbank vehicles across Vermont, local routes, home daily.
- Load/unload, distribute food product, work with volunteers + staff to deliver service.
- Engage with community members of diverse backgrounds, your role matters.
- Support warehouse logistics: product storage, equipment movement, food reclamation.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Facilities and Community Impact teams.
What we're looking for:
- Valid CDL (Class B +)
- Comfortable with lifting, loading, physical tasks.
- Strong communicator, team player, self-motivated and safe.
- Passion for community service, willingness to interact respectfully with our clientele.
