You'll support our Global Head of Capital Development & Investor Relations — a high-volume, high-visibility role at the intersection of investor strategy and daily execution. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong technical proficiency, and the ability to manage complex schedules and coordination with high-net-worth investors and institutional partners. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner who anticipates needs, manages priorities, and ensures seamless operations.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support & Calendar ManagementManage complex calendar with multiple time zones, prioritizing meetings based on strategic importanceCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itinerariesPrepare executive briefing materials, presentations, and meeting agendasScreen and prioritize incoming communications, responding independently when appropriateHandle expense reports, reimbursements, and budget trackingInvestor Relations & CRM ManagementMaintain investor database in Salesforce CRM with accuracy and completenessTrack investor communications, meeting notes, and follow-up items in SalesforceGenerate reports and analytics from Salesforce for investor pipeline managementCoordinate investor meetings, site visits, and quarterly update callsPrepare investor correspondenceMeeting & Event CoordinationOrganize and facilitate internal and external meetings including logistics, catering, and technology setupCoordinate fundraising activities including investor roadshows and capital raising eventsTake meeting minutes and distribute action items with follow-up trackingRequired Qualifications:Experience & Education3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or senior leadershipBachelor's degree preferredExperience in financial services, private equity, real estate investment, or investor relations strongly preferredProven track record supporting executives in client-facing or fundraising functionsTechnical SkillsProficiency with AI tools is required — you actively use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or GeminiSalesforce CRM expertise preferred - experience with data entry, report generation, and dashboard management is a plusAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx)Quick to learn and adopt new technology platformsPersonal AttributesSelf-starter who takes initiative and ownershipFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with collaborative approachHigh emotional intelligence and ability to read situationsGrace under pressure with ability to maintain composure in demanding situationsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with investor relations or capital raising activitiesKnowledge of private equity or real estate investment terminologyPrevious exposure to fundraising processes and LP/GP relationshipsExperience supporting multiple executives or managing overlapping prioritiesProject management certification or trainingCompensation:This position offers a base salary in the $90,000-$130,000 range, plus discretionary bonus, competitive healthcare benefits, unlimited PTO, and a 401k match.
