MayTech Global Investments is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Operations Associate to support our growing investment team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across client service, account maintenance, trade execution, and internal reporting. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong organizational and communication skills as well as a keen interest in both financial services and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations and coordinate across departments to ensure smooth business workflows
- Execute trades accurately through custodial platforms and monitor trade settlement
- Liaise with custodians and internal team to research and resolve trade or operational issues
- Assist with client onboarding and ongoing account administration
- Maintain and continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare and review reports related to client accounts, investment activity, and compliance needs
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic investment firm
- Comfort working with financial data and reporting platforms
- Familiarity with Python or a similar programming language for data analysis or automation is a plus
