What youll do Create and maintain listings across our marketplaces.
Own procurement workflows: sourcing, ordering, vendor coordination.
Track inventory and logistics; flag and unblock problems before they become problems.
Take on miscellaneous operations work as the company needs it.
Bring rigor and process to the work, and leave the next person doing the job better off.
What were looking for Extremely detail-oriented and self-organizing.
Comfortable with spreadsheets, ops tooling, and learning new systems quickly.
High agency. You dont wait to be told what to do.
Nice to have Experience as a VA, operations associate, or similar generalist role.
