Job DutiesMonitors operations and personnel performance to ensure smooth running of daily facility procedures as well as special events/activities.Enforces operational standards by ensuring staff follow established schedules, training requirements, and certifications are up to date in accordance with regulations.Conducts inventory checks in accordance with facility policies, place and receive food and beverage orders for the facility, completes Daily Activity Reports.Attends to customer orders and ensures guest satisfaction.Operates a cash register as well as assisting in the kitchen and with leagues and open bowling as needed. May serve alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer orders.Provides information to customers on services offered and assists with marketing efforts. Performs opening/closing procedures for the facility.
