What You’ll Be Doing
As an Entry-Level Operations Assistant, you’ll learn the ropes from experienced leaders while supporting day-to-day coordination and campaign readiness.
- Keep Schedules Moving: Assist with daily team assignments, activity plans, and operational priorities.
- Resource & Material Tracking: Maintain records, schedules, and stock updates for active campaign setups.
- Solve Practical Issues: Proactively spot workflow delays, coordinate solutions, and update field teams.
- Support Briefings: Record key decisions during morning syncs and ensure action items are followed through.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Open to all degree backgrounds (High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree welcome).
- Experience: Beginners welcome! Prior background in retail, office support, customer service, or hospitality is a plus—we provide full, hands-on training.
