Operations ArchitectResponsible for defining and governing the target-state operational architecture across cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring resilience, observability, automation, and governance aligned to enterprise and telco regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:Define network/security blueprints, and hybrid operational architecture standards.Lead infrastructure architecture reviews, capacity planning, network/firewall design reviews, and middleware deep dives.Establish observability frameworks for metrics, logs, traces, and govern SLO/SLI/error budgets, AIOps, and alert noise reduction.Drive SRE practices, including Jenkins enablement, service reliability reviews, and operational maturity improvements.Own DR/BCP planning, chaos testing, multi-region resilience, wargames, incident command, and post-incident reviews.Define standards for Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, automation guardrails, and ITIL/CMMI-aligned change and release governance.Support operational management of hardening exceptions, TSF, SFTP/EProxy troubleshooting, CCP rationalization/sizing/consolidation, physical quotation processes, and EOSL planning.
