Supporting executive decision-making in a remote full-time capacity, the Operations and Financial Analyst will manage operational tracking, variance analysis, and routine reporting to ensure data integrity and actionable insights across network and financial workflows. Key responsibilities Author and maintain customer-specific and nationwide network operations reports, tracking key operational metrics to recommend actionable improvements Perform cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities through operational expense tracking and ticket trend analysis Manage quarterly Board of Directors reporting materials and refine key operational inputs for the company-wide financial model and forecast Required qualifications 2-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, business operations, or variance analysis Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field High proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and financial modeling Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating executive-level presentations Proficiency in CRM management, including setting validation rules in systems like Zoho or Salesforce
