Driving data-informed decision-making, the full-time remote Operations Analytics Manager will build and maintain supply and demand forecasting models for the psychiatry business, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic growth initiatives. Key responsibilities Build, maintain, and refine end-to-end supply and demand forecasting models for current and upcoming launches Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering to integrate new models into the core data infrastructure and track operational metrics Collaborate with various teams to communicate insights and improve recruitment and patient lifecycle processes Required qualifications 5+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role, preferably in banking, management consulting, finance, or tech operations Proficiency in analytics/BI tools (e.g., SQL, Looker) and experience with forecasting model development Strong understanding of operational levers that drive financial health and business outcomes Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and translate quantitative insights into actionable strategies Comfort with navigating unstructured problems and iteratively refining models for production readiness
