Supporting the Provider Operations team, the full-time remote Operations Analytics & Insights Analyst will analyze operational performance, establish metrics, and identify process improvement opportunities while managing dashboards and providing real-time analytical support. Key responsibilities Monitor call coverage and task allocation for the PAM team, providing real-time operational support Identify patterns and opportunities in operational data through root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Support strategic projects with data analysis and assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) Required qualifications 4-6 years of experience in operations, business operations, or a data-adjacent role with strong analytical components Proficiency in SQL for independent data manipulation and analysis Strong analytical thinking skills to diagnose root causes and identify patterns Ability to communicate data findings clearly and concisely to operational and leadership audiences Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
