This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient operations across the firm’s funds with exposure to trade support, corporate actions, and position reconciliation. Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate actions, proxy voting, and trade processing across funds and entities
- Partner with custodians and fund administrators to resolve operational issues and ensure accurate fund records
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies, including ownership of new initiatives and enhancements
- Oversee position, balance sheet, and expense reconciliations
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of operations experience, preferably within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or investment manager
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced Excel Skills
