Operations AnalystMAG Aerospace is seeking a cleared Operations Analyst to support an Army Program Director at Fort Belvoir, VA. You'll independently apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. You may be assigned to participate in or lead program/project efforts to support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders, to include management of personnel onboarding and offboarding.

Secret clearance is required.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs Program Coordinator, participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholdersManage taskers and staffing packetsDevelop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communicationsControl, manage and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.)Plan, resource and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.)Archive Operations functional documents and informationRepresent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences; andPlan and manage facility requirements.Depending on placement in organization, may be required to support special requirements.RequirementsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Active Secret Security ClearanceBachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experienceAbility to use Microsoft applications to include SharePointStrong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with othersDemonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneouslyPREFERREDPrior experience supporting US Army product management office Special Note The position is contingent upon candidate's ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements.Benefits and CompensationAt MAG Aerospace, we value your contributions providing our employees with a robust Total Rewards package that supports your total well-being. Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $80500 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
