A $30B+ global alternative asset manager based in NYC is looking to add a Public Credit Operations Analyst to their team. This role is focused on the capture, affirmation, settlement, and oversight of non-standard and private investments — with a key emphasis on corporate actions management, cash and position reconciliation, and trade lifecycle coverage across a diverse credit platform spanning hedge funds, special situations, private credit, and CLOs.
— 4+ years of hedge fund operations experience or prime brokerage with client service background
— Deep understanding of the securities trade lifecycle required
— Corporate actions organization and management is a primary responsibility
— Strong Excel skills required; experience with Geneva or CTM a strong plus
— Responsibilities span trading document support, cash and position reconciliation with third parties, and oversight of non-standard and private investment activity
