We deliver high-impact capabilities where precision, accountability, and technical excellence directly support national-level objectives.QBE is seeking an Operations Analyst II - Operations Support to support the IEW&S contract.Responsibilities:Tracking special duty and ad hoc actionsCoordinating facilities managementSubmitting of Work Orders in support of facilities maintenance and computer repair servicesTracking and managing internal communications and workflow using SharePoint or other designated systemsPreparing documentation to support equipment purchases and managementVerifying security clearances, providing security access badging, providing Security Management Organization (SMO) code via the Defense Information Security System (DISS) (formerly Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)), and coordinate and provide escort dutiesParticipating in recurring meetingsSubmitting requests or tickets for serviceWriting and updating scenarios for operational planning and emergency preparednessPreparing quarterly/annual reportsWorking with the APG Installation Management Command (IMCOM) to complete Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) IAW AR 5-18 on a quarterly basis, and updating the stationing plan if/when there is a growth to the organizationParticipating in IPTs and coordination meetingsAttending and coordinate all high visibility visits by conducting tasks such as: scheduling office calls, creating agendas, arranging transportation, providing meal plans, providing administrative and protocol expertise, providing audio visual support, and printing briefing packagesSafeguarding and delivering Government materialCoordinating and aligning meetingsPreparing meeting minutesTransporting VTC equipment and ensuring VTC connectivity for the CPEDeveloping materials or presenting training for professional developmentRequirements:Active US Government clearance at Secret level upon higher; TS/SCI eligibility requiredBachelor's DegreeMinimum five (5) years relevant experience required OR 10 years of additional direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.Ability to communicate effectively with team and other stakeholdersEqual Opportunity Employment Statement:QBE is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
