Our client is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join its Alternative Investment Client Services Administrator Oversight team. This individual will work closely with fund administrators, portfolio managers, and sales teams to oversee investor transactions, coordinate servicing activities, and deliver a strong client experience. Oversee investor transactions across private equity and hedge fund vehicles, ensuring accurate trade-flow reporting to portfolio managers.
Identify and implement process improvements and enhancements.
Improve the collection, distribution, and maintenance of product data attributes.
Lead ad hoc projects within Shareholder Services.
