This position coordinates aircraft servicing, monitors airside and terminal operations, ensures compliance with safety regulations, and works closely with airline partners, ground handling teams, airport authorities, and other operational departments to deliver exceptional service while maintaining operational excellence.What you will be doing:Monitor daily airport and ramp operations to ensure safe and efficient aircraft turnaroundCoordinate with airline personnel, dispatchers, ramp agents, fueling teams, catering, cabin cleaning, baggage handling, and maintenance personnelConduct routine inspections of airport operational areas, including ramps, gates, taxiways, and service roadsRespond to operational issues, flight delays, emergencies, and irregular operations (IROPs)Communicate operational updates to internal teams and airline customersEnsure compliance with FAA, TSA, OSHA, airport authority, and company policies and proceduresComplete operational reports, incident reports, safety documentation, and daily logsAssist with gate assignments, aircraft parking, and equipment coordination as neededMonitor weather conditions and communicate operational impactsSupport emergency response procedures and participate in safety drillsInvestigate operational concerns and recommend corrective actionsMaintain accurate operational records using company systems and softwarePromote a culture of safety, customer service, and continuous improvementPerform other duties as assignedSafety, Security, Wellbeing and Compliance:You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
