Matter Administrator PositionProvince is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Matter Administrator to join our Las Vegas office. This full-time position plays a critical role in supporting legal and financial professionals by managing case documentation, coordinating court filings, and ensuring compliance with court-mandated procedures—particularly in Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), experience with legal document templates, and a working knowledge of AI-assisted tools.
A background in preparing and filing fee and retention applications is highly desirable.
