If you enjoy coordinating moving pieces, solving problems, and working with a team that genuinely supports one another, this could be a great fit.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll help coordinate manpower, scheduling, vehicle assignments, installations, and customer communication across a variety of projects. You'll work closely with project managers, warehouse teams, installers, vendors, and customers to make sure every project is completed efficiently, safely, and with a high level of service.Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Coordinating delivery, installation, service, and repair schedulesCreating and reviewing work orders and installation/job packetsCommunicating with customers regarding project timelines and updatesWorking with warehouse and operations teams to coordinate product shipmentsTracking project progress and helping resolve issues or punch items quicklySupporting installation crews and project managers with scheduling and logisticsReviewing completed orders and ensuring documentation is accurate and completeHelping improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiativesCollaborating across departments to deliver an exceptional customer experienceWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can juggle multiple priorities while keeping projects organized and moving forward.Qualifications include:3–5+ years of experience in operations coordination, project coordination, logistics, scheduling, or a related roleExperience in office furniture, construction, installation, or a similar industry is a plusStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience working with project managers, vendors, warehouse teams, and installation crewsFamiliarity with ERP systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to read floor plans, installation drawings, and project documentationHigh school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferredWhat Makes You Successful HereYou'll do well in this role if you are:A natural problem solverCustomer-focused and responsiveAccountable and dependablePositive, collaborative, and team-orientedComfortable adapting in a fast-moving environmentAlways looking for ways to improve processes and outcomesWhy Goodmans?Goodmans offers a unique culture built around teamwork, growth, and community.
