Works in direct cooperation with the other department leads supporting production across all areas and shifts. Occasionally works in cooperation with the planner. Performing cycle counts on a defined frequency. Performs the role of Document Coordinator. Supports the training program for all 3 shifts. Ensures documentation and production tracking, utilization, cycle time, QRQC, process checks, Quality assurance checks, and production credits are completed and current. Supports data collection for BIT reporting and data collection for customer concern 8D responses. Supports the Safety and Housekeeping expectations. Covers all other jobs as applicable to ensure production continuity.
