Operational Supervisor - Assembly

Qualifications
We're looking for hands-on Assembly Supervisorsto lead activities in our production environment. In this role, you'll leademployee performance on the floor, while maintaining all safety, quality andproductivity standards. You'll build andmaintain a strong team as you coach, develop, and mentor employees, provideclear direction, and foster a mindset of accountability and continuousimprovement. The ideal candidate will be able to balance operational demandswith employee development, keeping production moving while ensuring the successof the team.
Opportunities are available for both of ournight shifts, weekdays, Monday - Thursday, and weekends, Friday - Sunday.

Qualifications
- Requires high school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in Operations Leadership in Assembly or a manufacturing environment
- Requires 2+ years of experience in amanufacturing or distribution environment
- Associate's degree in a related field ispreferred, but not required
- Ability to coach, develop, mentor, and lead ateam
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and self-managed with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
