Key Responsibilities
- Operational & Project Support: Facilitate day-to-day project operations including project intake, purchase order (PO) submission, compliance tracking, invoicing, and training coordination.
- Compliance & Agreement Tracking: Manage the intake and tracking of Commercial Data Policies, Third Party Agreements (TPA), and related activities. Research supplier/project info, monitor amendments, and drive open requests to completion.
- Financial & Data Tracking: Maintain highly accurate Microsoft Excel trackers, databases, and project records. Perform financial reconciliations and budget tracking.

Target Candidate Profile & Knockout Criteria
To ensure strict role alignment and streamline the screening process, candidates must be evaluated against the following constraints:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is strictly required. An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates with a Master’s degree should be screened out if they are seeking long-term career progression, as they will be considered overqualified for this purely transactional/contractual role.
- Career Expectations: Must be completely comfortable with a strict 24-month contract. Candidates seeking a pathway to permanent employment should be disqualified.
- Location: Must be local and able to commute reliably to the Lake County, IL office 3 days a week.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel: Must be highly proficient with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and complex data reconciliation.
- Systems Experience: SAP experience is highly preferred. If no SAP, the candidate must have proven experience utilizing other complex ERP, procurement, or business systems (e.g., SRM) and demonstrate strong learning agility.
- Prior Experience: Corporate or professional work experience involving financial reconciliations, invoice processing, and procurement/budget tracking. (Industry-agnostic; pharmaceutical background is a plus but not mandatory).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management, and high accountability. Must be capable of adapting to changing operational requirements and effectively communicating with both internal teams and external vendors.
