Supporting the South America region, the full-time Bilingual Operational Risk Consultant will manage risk activities, maintain data accuracy in the GRC tool, and collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance the Non-Financial Risk Management framework in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong working relationships with in-country partners Support Global Customer Service & Operations in the analysis of their risk and control environment Produce accurate and timely reporting on risk activity outcomes Required Qualifications 5+ years of operational risk management experience, with at least 2 years in the financial services industry Bachelor's degree in business, Risk Management, or a related field Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal Experience working independently in a remote role Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
