Supporting the identification and assessment of key risks within Enterprise Business Operations Services, the full-time Operational Risk Analyst will perform data analysis, assist with reporting and documentation, and promote effective operational and compliance risk management in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Support the identification and assessment of operational, regulatory, compliance, and initiative-level risks Assist with data analysis to identify risk trends, control gaps, and emerging risk indicators Prepare routine risk reports, dashboards, and metrics using established frameworks Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business management, or equivalent experience required 2+ years of experience in business process, risk identification, control implementation, or data analysis, preferably in healthcare Strong understanding of risks and controls related to healthcare claims preferred
