Title: Operational Readiness Project Manager – GMP & Continuous Improvement

About the role
Lead Operational Readiness (OR) programs across 1–3 concurrent engagements to drive seamless pre-Day One to operations transitions. You will serve as the primary consultant integrating Quality, Process, and Workforce streams while guiding site and department leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end readiness-to-operations lifecycle and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery across multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Integrate Operational Readiness (OR) campaigns across Quality , Process , and Workforce streams as the primary consultant.
- Apply Operational Excellence (OE) and continuous improvement principles (Lean , Six Sigma , or TPM ) to pre-Day One operational activities.
- Manage comprehensive project planning , scheduling , resource loading , controls, and project closeout.
- Partner with site and department leadership to align stakeholders around measurable goals and provide expert-level advisory guidance .
Qualifications
- BS or MS in a relevant science or engineering field (or equivalent).
- 3+ years managing life science projects ($1MM+) or 8+ years in GMP-regulated operations with 5+ years leading readiness/start-up/OE transformations .
- Demonstrated expertise applying Lean , Six Sigma , or TPM methodologies ; Black Belt or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record managing a multi-site or multi-client portfolio with proficiency in project management software tools .
- PMI PMP or PgMP certification is a plus.
