WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead daily railroad operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and service.
- Develop and coach high-performing teams.
- Drive operating performance and budget goals.
- Build strong customer and business relationships.
- Ensure compliance with FRA regulations and company standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, asset utilization, and profitability.
- Support strategic growth initiatives and capital improvement projects.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of railroad leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of railroad operations and FRA regulations.
- Budget and financial management experience.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Conductor certification required; Engineer certification preferred.
