Baptist Health is seeking an experienced full-time Surgical Technician to join our perioperative team in LaGrange, Arkansas. You will work under RN supervision and support the Lead Tech, SPD/Endoscopy Supervisor, Charge RN, Nurse Manager, and Director to ensure a safe, efficient operating room environment.
Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining a sterile surgical field, providing instrumentation for procedures, and ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and universal precautions.
