ChristianaCare is seeking candidates for the Nurse Residency Summer 2027 – Operating Room Track. This immersive, full-time program prepares new graduate RNs for perioperative practice through structured classroom learning, simulation, and mentored clinical rotations in the OR. Residents will develop skills in pre-, intra-, and post-operative care, sterile technique, patient and team communication, and use of surgical equipment and technology.
Supported by experienced OR preceptors, you will participate in evidence-based practice projects and ongoing evaluations, building competence, confidence, and readiness for an RN role in the operating room.
