We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a dynamic surgical team. The OR RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative process while ensuring a safe and effective surgical environment.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the operating room.
• Function as a Circulating Nurse and/or Scrub Nurse during surgical procedures.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery.
• Recognize and respond to post-anesthesia and post-operative complications.
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and recovery expectations.
• Maintain operating room standards, equipment, and patient safety protocols.
• Participate in on-call coverage as required.

• Active Washington State RN License or Multistate RN License .
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience .
• Previous experience in Operating Room and Recovery Room nursing preferred.
• Active BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association).
• Active ACLS Certification .
• Active PALS Certification .
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
