Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations within the surgical services department

- Ensure safe and effective patient care delivery throughout the surgical process

Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous operating room nursing experience required
- Prior leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience required
- Perioperative nursing certification preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team development skills
- Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
