Job Requirements
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Healthcare Administration required.
- RN licensure in Arizona or ability to obtain licensure.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Manager or Director in an ASC.
- Proficiency in orthopedic operating room nursing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ASC regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building experience.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and surgical scheduling systems.
- Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR) preferred.
- Experience with new facility openings or startup environments is a plus.
